While Snow Blankets Some Parts of Saudi Arabia, Balmy Baha Region an Attractive Destination

With some parts of Saudi Arabia under ice and snow, Saudi Arabia’s Baha region, in the south and west of the Kingdom, is a balmy 70 degrees fahrenheit/21 degrees celsius in the winter.

Not all of Saudi Arabia is desert.

Earlier this week, SUSTG published some excellent photos from the website Alriyadh.com showing Saudis enjoying a rare snowfall on the mountainous Tabuk region.

With some parts of Saudi Arabia under ice and snow, Saudi Arabia’s Baha region, in the south and west of the Kingdom, is a balmy 70 degrees fahrenheit/21 degrees celsius in the winter.
