Saudi Arabia’s Central Department of Statistics found that total exports in 2014 dropped by 8.9 percent to SR1.28 trillion ($342.28 billion), while imports rose.
Oil was the lion’s share of total exports at 83 percent of the total value of exports at $280 billion.
According to Arab News and Saudi Arabia’s Central Department of Statistics, non oil exports fell 19.4 percent in March compared with the same month last year.
