Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz underwent a successful laparoscopic surgery for an inflamed gallbladder, the official Saudi Press Agency reports.
The King’s successful surgery was completed shortly after the King chaired the Saudi government’s weekly virtual cabinet meeting from the hospital on Tuesday. According to reports, the King will spend some time recovering and receiving additional treatment in the hospital.
