The 966 Podcast Interviews Fahad Nazer, Saudi Arabia’s Top Spokesperson for the Saudi Embassy in Washington

The 966 features an exclusive, two-part interview with Fahad Nazer, spokesperson for the Saudi embassy in Washington.

In part one of the interview, the hosts ask Mr. Nazer about a wide range of mostly domestic and economic issues, including Saudi Arabia’s energy plans, the Kingdom’s relationship with the U.S. Congress (and the Biden administration), the Jamal Khashoggi murder, the status of Saudi students in the United States, and much more.

Nazer, who has been a contributor to SUSTG.com as well as Arab News and other publications in the region and United States, has served in the role since January 2019. Previously, Nazer served as a political consultant to the Embassy. He has held positions with JTG, Inc., Array Information Technology, Inc., and the Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington. Nazer earned a B.A. in political science from New York University and an M.A in political science from Saint John’s University in New York.
