Growing SRMG Media Group Launches LIST, a New Saudi Travel Magazine

SRMG, the largest integrated media group in the MENA region which includes widely-read publications like Arab News, Asharq Alawsat and others, has added a travel magazine to its portfolio: LIST Magazine will focus on the travel and tourism offerings from Saudi Arabia, the region and the world, according to reports. 

LIST will cover the world of arts and culture, adventure, events and entertainment, shopping, cuisine and more, according to the publisher. The product offering will include a monthly print magazine,  website, social media channels, and in the coming months, podcasts.

“We are excited to announce the addition of our latest magazine, LIST, to our ever-expanding media portfolio. LIST will tell the stories of Saudi Arabia, the region and the world – full of everything a travel magazine should have: the best writing, the best photography, the best things to see, do, eat and experience. But more than that, it is full of the stories of people that make places special,” Jomana R. Al Rashid, SRMG CEO said.

LIST’s creation is in recognition of tourism industry trends in Saudi Arabia and across the world. In 2022, more than 900 million tourists travelled internationally, and 93.5 million foreign and domestic tourists travelled to and around Saudi Arabia.

In 2019, SRMG launched a partnership with the UK-based Independent to launch IndependentArabia.com, and the conglomerate has also partnered with U.S.-based VICE NEWS.
