Drafted by the Council of Economic and Development Affairs on instructions from King Salman, the just-released document provides an overview of plans to improve key sectors of the Saudi economy and society, including tourism, energy, construction and development, education, healthcare, and more. In the document, these sectoral plans fall under three themes, or pillars.
