Saudi Arabia’s flagship carrier Saudia is atop of a newly-released brand popularity survey of the Kingdom from global polling firm YouGov.
Saudia and Almarai have a strong brand reputation in the Kingdom.
The results are from YouGov’s BrandIndex, which measures brand perception across a load of different metrics over the last year. Saudia received a score of 81.1, tied for the highest in the Kingdom.
Saudia’s strong loyalty among Saudi customers landed it second place in the 2020 rankings, with the same score as the Kingdom’s largest dairy and agriculture brand, Almarai.
Despite the flight restrictions in place, loyalty toward leading carrier brands has remained strong in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
