Ltd. has signed a contract with Modern Building Leaders Co. The value of the contract is SAR 1.52 billion. The contract is related to Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and infrastructure works in one of the projects. The duration of the contract is 19 months.

This month, it increased its stake to 49%.
