Aramco to acquire 50% stake in Air Products Qudra’s Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases Company
Aramco, one of the world’s leading integrated energy and chemicals companies, has signed definitive agreements to acquire an equity interest in the Jubail-based Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases Company (BHIG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air Products Qudra (APQ). The transaction, which is subject to standard closing conditions, will also include options for Aramco to offtake hydrogen and nitrogen.

The New Murabba Development Company, which is owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), today unveiled designs for the new venue. The 45,000-capacity stadium will be located in the Saudi capital of Riyadh and is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2032. The development company said the venue would feature “cutting-edge” sporting technology, while renderings show the stadium in football mode – suggesting that it could be used for the 2034 FIFA World Cup in Saudi.

Saudi Arabia’s Muvi Cinemas Adds Four Imax Locations
