The company plans to invest $30 billion to $50 billion per year to maintain oil output, transform itself into the largest refiner in the world and expand its chemical and trading segments, Al-Falih told the conference. He said, "To do that we need a price that is very, very healthy...It's not a matter of recovering what we spent. It's a matter of fueling an investment plan."
