27-year-old model, influencer, and beauty pageant veteran Rumy AlQahtani announced on Instagram that she will be representing Saudi Arabia in 72nd Miss Universe contest in Mexico later this year.
Saudi Arabia will make its Miss Universe debut as 27-year-old Rumy Alqahtani announced she will be representing the Kingdom at the next edition of the pageant – another first for the GCC region after Lujane Yacoub of Bahrain competed last year.
From Riyadh, Ms. AlQahtani is an experienced model and influencer with over 1 million followers on Instagram. She was appointed as Miss Universe Saudi Arabia 2024 and is a pageant veteran who has won many titles including Miss Arab Peace, Miss Woman SA, Miss Europe SA, Miss Planet SA, Miss Middle East SA, Miss Arab Unity SA, and Miss Asia SA.
